We are looking at continuing the fundraiser for WW Elks Rodeo June 10-14. (Trash clean up each morning!) We are asking for parental help this summer as well, due to student numbers being much lower than last year. Before we commit, I was going to see who could be all in for a day or two. Seniors, plz send a list of all school activities you participated in during high school to Mrs. Hopper at thopper@smps.k12.ok.us by Monday, April 27th at 9 am.
The last day of school for assignments will be May 8, 2020.
Graduation will be Friday, May 15, at 7 p.m.
Weather permitting, graduation will be held on the football field with a section in the grandstand for 10 immediate family members per graduate. All other attendees will be required to remain in/at their vehicles parked around the football field. Overflow parking will be along Maple Street in Mutual. Instructions will be released when available. In the event of possible inclement weather predicted, graduation will be held in the east gym at Mutual with 10 immediate family members allowed in at a time. Valedictorian and Salutatorian speeches will be made in either event.
Seniors email your scholarship lists to me so I can announce them at graduation at thopper@smps.k12.ok.us. Include who it is from and how much please.
SENIORS! A survey has been sent to your school email so you may vote on your preference in the event we are not able to have a traditional graduation ceremony. Please complete the survey by Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at noon. You will be notified of the survey results and further instructions forwarded to your school email along with an announcement on this app. Please spread the word among your fellow graduates!

I need to receive them by Monday, April20 at 9 am. Ideas will be compiled and a survey sent out to see what the majority of you prefer.
The Sharon-Mutual Board of Education will be having it’s monthly board meeting tonight at 6:45 in the Elementary Library. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic we will be live streaming the meeting on classiccom.tv. The agenda and information for the board meeting can be found on the school’s website under the Board of Education or Document tabs.
