Come out for the Buffalo Tournament next week!

Mooreland has canceled the 5/6 and junior high games for Monday, January 15.

Sharon-Mutual will be virtual Monday, January 15th due to the dangerous temperatures. Activities will be evaluated and announcements made if adjustments are made with student safety at the forefront. Students should check Seesaw, Google Classroom, and their school email account for assignments.

The Fargo/Gage /Ft Supply game has been rescheduled to January 24 at 2:30 PM with the boys playing the first game followed by the girls at Mutual.

Please put the OBI blood drive on your calendar for January 31st from noon to 3:30 p.m.

The games with FGFS for this evening have been postponed and will be rescheduled if possible.

S-M will not have school and will not be virtual due to inclement weather tomorrow January 9th. A decision on the high school game will be made tomorrow.

Due to possible incoming weather, games may run a little early to get everyone home safely.

Billings had to cancel the basketball game for tomorrow night. Homecoming will be rescheduled and announced when set.

Both gymnasium floors at Mutual are being resurfaced so gyms are closed until after Christmas.

S-M students do not attend TAP or career tech Tuesday thru Thursday this week unless you provide your own transportation. If you are semester testing, you are responsible for knowing the testing schedule and being present at Mutual in grades 7-12.

Students who are exempt from semester test complete their semester today. Students who are required to test, should be at school tomorrow for the review and on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Horatio Alger Association will be awarding National Scholarships of $25,000 in addition to State Scholarships as well as other specifically targeted scholarships. We want to provide scholarships to students who, given the chance financially, could succeed in college. The application opens December 1 and will close on March 15. We hope you will share this opportunity with your JUNIOR Class. The requirements: ● Be enrolled full time as a high school junior in the United States ● Exhibit a strong commitment to pursue and complete a bachelor’s degree at an accredited non-profit public or private institution in the United States (students may start their studies at a two-year institution and then transfer to a four-year institution) Demonstrate critical financial need ($65,000 or lower adjusted gross family income is required) ● Be involved in co-curricular and community service activities ● Display integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity ● Maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 ● Be a United States citizen There are additional Targeted Scholarships for your senior class listed on the website.
