Sharon-Mutual Schools will not hold physical classes Wednesday, October 28. Virtual classes will be held for all students. Students should check for announcements from your teacher through Google Classroom, Seesaw, or Blooms for contact instructions and available assignment instructions. Every student should attempt to make contact with your teacher(s) and BE SURE TO ask your teachers classroom related questions you may have about assignments, technology or related issues. Teachers may not be able to respond due to possible outages, but make an attempt through email or text. Decisions regarding classes will be made on a day-to-day basis.

Regarding the Oklahoma’s Promise scholarship program.Ā  This message is for all college students who graduated high school in 2018 and thereafter.Remember, there are some very important requirements that could affect your award in college. The $100,000 second income limit is checked EACH year for ALL OKPromise students enrolled in postsecondary education, not just entering freshmen. This means that all OKPromise students must complete theĀ Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)Ā each year.Ā Ā Any year that the student doesĀ notĀ receive the award because their income exceeds the income limit will count toward the five-year period of scholarship eligibility.OKPromise will not pay for non-credit remedial courses in college.OKPromise students graduating high school in 2018 and thereafter may not receive total award payments for more than 129 semester credit hours during their five years of scholarship eligibility, unless their degree program requires more hours.Don't forget!Ā  The 2021-2022 FAFSA opened October 1, 2020!More information about these and other changes is available on theĀ College StudentsĀ page of the OKPromise website.Oklahoma’s PromiseOklahoma State Regents for Higher Educationokpromise@osrhe.eduwww.okpromise.org1.800.858.1840
